I perform updates and maintenance to our website and app daily! Both are crucial to maintain and grow our membership.

SHOWCASE OUR AMENITIES TO ATTRACT NEW MEMBERS
…with enticing and fresh photos, copywriting, videos, contact forms, gated content, and more. I’m currently working on a redesign of our app and website for 2026.

INCREASE CLUB USE AMONG CURRENT MEMBERS
…via tools including several reservation systems, calendars, directories, billing, email database, web account setup and assistance, daily email and app communications, and more that keep members engaged, informed, and in attendance.

CHCC’S BI-MONTHLY NEWSLETTER

I collaborate cross-departmentally to organize, design, and edit this complete publication.

We are currently phasing out our mailed newsletter program, but still mail out about 100 printed newsletters each edition.

Additionally, we typically distribute over 200 printed copies at the Club between publications.

Each edition includes features from various team members I help craft, along with news, updates, and upcoming events.

Each publication is also published online.

CATERING GUIDE

On average, CHCC has held 20-25 weddings per year for the past 20 years!

Similar to the Cascader, the Events & Catering Guide seeks to be both an informational resource - highlighting a wide range of services - and a sales tool - showing potential hosts a glimpse into the vast possibilities of what their event could look like at CHCC.

The guide’s goal is to sell clients on the vision of their event or wedding here without limiting their imagination.

ASSEMBLING THE GUIDE ENTAILED…

  • Collaborating with the events, culinary, and leadership departments on pricing, policies, menus, and descriptions

  • Visual organization of all information into an appealing and digestible layout with navigation tools for easier browsing

  • Photographing or sourcing imagery to sell our spaces

  • Incorporating the events team’s vision of their ideal client while maintaining CHCC branding and vision throughout

TOURNAMENTS

Check out the packet made for our CHCC Invitational, one of our largest tournaments - split into 2 rounds with 6 days of play total and nearly 250 players!

WAITLIST PROGRAMS

Founded in 2022, the Waitlist Passport is a Marketing & Membership Initiative.

While limiting our membership is essential to make sure resources aren’t overbooked, this initiative’s target is to keep our waitlist families engaged and excited to join this community. It allows them access to amenities and events which may benefit from their attendance, encouraging them to build community. The goal is to create committed waitlist members who know what’s worth the wait.

From landscape photos of the course and clubhouse to portrait headshots & food imagery—and everything in-between. These are the images that build a brand and keep a digital audience engaged.

PHOTO EDITING

Staging a photo is an essential step, whether it be adjusting the layout & composition, lighting & shadows, or background. However, no matter how hard you try to get it “just right,” there are some minor edits that can really make a photo “pop.”

Take it from dull to delightful, from okay to mouthwatering, from cluttered to focused—all with a few editing touch-ups after the photo is taken.
