PROPOSED MARKETING & COMMUNICATION PLAN

To ensure we had a sufficient marketing and communication plan, this proposal was presented to multiple member committees at CHCC, including the Board of Directors, from whom quickly received both approval and positive feedback.

Planned digital materials included social media posts, website pages, app integrations & notifications, mass emails, digital displays, and a digital packet. Print materials included newsletter incorporation, flyers, and foam boards.

Thoughtful and planned communications were crucial make people feel in-the-know and to maintain excitement for the long-awaited grand-opening!

A NEW LOOK TO CREATE A NEW FEEL

With multiple restaurants on the same campus, all within walking distance of each other, it was important to our team that the new restaurant (unveiled in 2024) have a completely new look and feel, with nods to our tradition and branding incorporated.

They came to me looking for a bright, colorful look for an indoor-outdoor poolside restaurant - fresh, family-friendly, fun, casual, and summery.

USABILITY IS KEY

Along with the new restaurant, this construction project included new Platform Tennis Courts, upgraded Tennis & Pickleball Courts, a Child Watch Center, and more.

To increase the usability of these services, I helped set up Mobile Food Ordering services and Online Court Bookings. In addition, I consulted on a team to find the best system for Child Watch check-ins and reservations.
